Some people think that it is better to see the film than to read the book. They say it takes less time to understand the whole story. Besides, the film is usually more interesting, and it is easier to follow.
Others don't think so. They say they can get more detailed information from the book. At the same time, the language in the book is possibly more lively and beautiful.
Both the film and the book are important for us to learn about the world. Personally, I prefer reading the book. I enjoy staying at home, reading quietly. What's more, reading helps me better understand the writer's ideas/thoughts.
