Hello, everyone! I'm going to tell you my life habit. First, for breakfast. I usually have bread and
milk. Then I often eat rice, delicious fish, chicken and vegetables for lunch. Finally, I often have beef,
vegetables and soup for dinner. My favourite sport is swimming because it makes me strong and healthy.
If you want to keep healthy, you can have a try. I began to learn to swim when I was six years old. I go
swimming every weekend. I go to bed at 9 o'clock every day. So let's do sports, and we will become healthier and stronger.
